The Vargas Brothers were professional, accommodating and extremely genuine in their passion for asado. Their patience during the planning stages was much appreciated and their calm professionalism soothed wedding nerves.

“Not only was the food incredible but they were wonderfully warm to our guests both whilst setting up and throughout the reception, which made the evening flow very nicely. If you want a spectacular and delicious centre piece for an event, huge sides of meat slow roasting for hours over an open fire, then we cannot recommend these guys enough.

“We had been to a couple of weddings where the Vargas Brothers had been in charge of the catering before finally succumbing the temptation of an Argeninian Asado of our own.  We wanted feed a large number of people at our annual summer garden party and were keen to steer clear of the classic British Barbeque.  The Vargas Brothers did an fantastic job, cooking a whole lamb over hot coals.  The method of cooking provides a real talking point and creates a great sense of theatre.  The best bit of course is the eating. Highly recommended!.”

“Our experience with Lautaro for our first big summer BBQ in our new house was exceptional. We had had a meeting with the team to discuss menu and timing for the event and were impressed with how they sourced their produce and butchery to start, as food quality and its derivation is of importance to us.

“On the day the fire built to roast the meat and veg was done in a clean and professional manner and was certainly an attraction to our guests as many hadn't seen this style of BBQ. The food exceeded our expectation, absolutely delicious and all the guests as well were talking about it for days after! It was cooked to perfection and in terms of quantity more than enough. I can not recommend them enough as they are amazing and we will use them for our annual BBQ again this year!"
